Seems after all that it might have been a bit more than simply "mark the black lad".

And Casilla claims that he was "unaware of the existence" of the racist word he was found guilty of using because he doesnt speak good English.

I'm sure Grist will consider this a reasonable defence given the circumstances.

Ah, I see you missed the original point.

It was all about probability not strict proof.

But I’m sure you will bleat with the sheep and as usual not think about it nor come up with an original view of your own.

Easier to just shout against rather than put forward a point.

    .
Which part of the case did the 'probability' refer?

Jeex Grist, you are one of the most brain washed people on here. At what point do your views depart from the Daily Mail, to say nothing of "those websites". Even the phrases snowflakes and sheeple are blanket terms used by far right/alt right supporters for the last few years. If you're going to be ironic and claim original thought, at least invent your own abusive terminology for your opponents, instead of the same terms used by the millions who have the same view as you, and read the same media as you

"i didn't know the word Ni**er was racist". "My English is not very good at the time"
Fek me he's only from Spain. It's obv a word he uses in Spain as I can't see a club tutor who's teaching him English using those words. Ignorant twohat

Grist has made an art form of defending the indefensible. But even he struggles to find a defence for the second-hand toxic rhetoric he spews out whenever we discuss a topic relating to racist abuse, however much he tries to couch it in terms of "innocent until proven guilty" - a concept that only seems to apply to certain groups.
