I just think posts 2 & 10 are unnecessarily offensive, rather than Alf "just being Alf". Frankly, I think this hyped up Corona Virus is a load of bollox, but map has been in lockdown for quite some time now by a regime which does not take prisoners. I just can't see where the "gallows humour" is.

We made more than double on this Bungalow with the House we sold in Bromley after all the work Matron had done before she decided to move, so she is making us start again from scratch, at least we will get it much more the way we like it, plus she said Its O.K. for me to have a man cave in the garden, I've looked online and seen that they are expensive and I thought she'd baulk when I showed her, but she just said if that's what you want get it, I nearly fell off the chair

It's swings and roundabouts Alto, as long as you end up happy and content where you are now, it'll all be worth it. It probably seems worse to me because I've got past the DIY stage, the hardest work I want now is switching the TV on.

We do barrie, problem is Mrs S is a bugger for keeping things neat and tidy, so the remote lives in a basket on the coffee table with all the other gadgets, which means I have sit up, lean over and root for it in the basket. It's a real pain in the arse, but that's the way it has to be if I want my tea making.
