On another issue my son has just had to ring 111 re an incident at work for advice and was told "Haven't got a clue mate, ask at a local pharamacy"
☹️. A manager from care home was not happy this morning on the news. She called 111 and didn't get a answer she wanted which in her opinion was the dementia patient she was looking after needed hospital treatment. so she went to local GP who said the same. They basically said stay at home and self isolate them.
