I would abolish the royal family, the House of Lords and the BBC licence fee and replace the NHS with either a National Insurance system like Australia or a Bismarck system like most European countries.

Actually, and sorry to be a stickler, but your point was about the clarity of the message. Not whether it's right or wrong.

I'm staying at home. My wife isn't because she works in a school.

I think it is very difficult to tell a whole sector to close. Taylor Wimpey have made a responsible decision to close their sites. Not sure if they are catering for people who are due to move in their home next month and could end up with nowhere to live. Who knows?
