My personal opinion is that if it isn't essential then I wouldn't want them to go to work. I'm not sure how essential and non essential would be deciphered. Maybe they are working on that list as we speak!! I can't imagine that being a simple process.

The only people who could truly know this are the companies themselves. They should take responsibility. Then you get people like Mike Ashley as a retail example who try and find a loophole even when they are told to close.
