SE is relatively harmless if safety guidelines are followed:
STAY AT HOME even if this means you have to resort to SE with your wife, husband, partner
Observe the 2 metre rule
Wash your hands for 2 minutes before and after even if this is longer than the actual act itself
The act must involve no more than two people or one person and an animal.
