I did grow some last year actually. Personally I don't partake anymore as I have the kids etc older and wiser etc etc. I was more interested in the process and I like the smell. I also have a bag buried on a beach in the Daintree somewhere from when I circumnavigated Australia in a banged out old Troopie nearly 20 years ago which I never went back to get as I ended up going down that dirt track I think called the Bloomfield track that goes from Cook town to Cairns on the coast which was pretty cool. Its probably a bit mouldy by now!

Looks like we might even be getting on top of it here but we will see.
Thanks, place looks great, just had I imagined noosa area, I love the look of the area, I have a few YouTube's on my favourites of 1st point noosa, great longboad wave in stunning scenery (how far are you from it) another is Australia's best beach houses and several are on whitsundays .

Noosa, Port Douglas, Gold Coast, amongst many others, beautiful places wrecked by mass tourism and concrete.

Stayed with a mate on the Gold Coast a couple of times and he was able to show us the places that haven't quite been trashed yet by tourism.

I would argue Noosa hasnt been wrecked my mass Tourism. Only Hastings St which is the pits in my eyes. The council have worked incredibly hard to stop developers getting their way even though at the local elections the other week nearly every competing candidate had property development links! By and large this area has kept its appeal and you can still do the coastal walk through Noosa national park to Sunshine Beach without seeing a house and there are no roads either, and even no phone reception! As for the Gold Coast I agree hate the place and been a whole lot of years since I went to Port Douglas so no clue.
