Well if you ever want to see how an ordinary bloke (Tom Broadberry was a welder) and his pal David Bingham (Salesman) developed the company from a tin shed in Caunton into one of the most prestigious structural steel company's in the country, let me know and I'll get you a tour around. I don't think you'll find many of the employees criticising their boss's Tory views, they were country boys and Simon (David's lad) who wholly owns the company since Dad retired still is. But then again engineers are down to earth people and make things happen and create jobs and that's what it's all about at the end of the day ....... making things happen while those of a Socialistic mind whine and complain and want a good living on the wealth created by others.
