Have always said John Nelms is a clever businessman, some have disagreed with me but I stick by it. Maybe not a particularly likeable / sociable guy or great communicator but he is a very astute businessman.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's hatched a plot and played a cracking card here but for some reason I don't think that's the case. Don't know why, just a feeling, maybe the lager.

Believe it needs 75% to agree so any abstentions can't count as agreement to the proposal - effectively a NO.
