You meaning the jailed QC, conman and defender of War Criminals who had his offer of funding for a certain football club considered and accepted because they were so desperate? That Giovanni? 😁

But one of their more able members has pointed out that the rules for the vote were apparently such that a No vote could be persuaded to change!?!

As said above Mr Lartick Pistle Qc May have his opinion but it is different to spfl QC

Don’t know what time this meeting is today but was hoping the Fun yes vote would arrive before that 🤞
There was nothing in the proposal regarding retracting a no vote, only a yes vote in that, once submitted, it couldn't be retracted.

What was discussed on here yesterday is that under normal circumstances, when a vote proposal goes out the clubs, a no vote isn't required. Its a yes vote or a no reply. However because the SPFL requested an answer within 48 hours, they needed to have a no vote as an option. What they didn't do, was then word the proposal to cover themselves on a vote retraction based on a no vote. If that is correct, then there are no rules to say Dundee, once they had submitted a no vote, couldn't retract it.

Noticed the ICT chairman bumping his gums this morning about not being given enough time to read the proposal and that he felt like a gun was being held to his head. Surely he realised he had 28 days to read and reply to the proposal, no?

    Pompous tw@t.
