Nothing in that youtube report says anything about the ownership of the factory, nor how many peope in total work there, nor the nationality of those who have tested positive.

And since when have we "thought it was safe"? This stuff isnt going to go away until enough people have immunity that it cant infect anyone new, so the sooner we remove some of the restrictions (and hopefully people act with a modicum of common sense), the better.
