Easing lockdown is one thing getting the public to start venturing out is quite another .

Given those figures I'll stay at home for the foreseeable thanks very much .
When will our Ministers recognise that the two countries in the world with the highest number of deaths are Trump's USA and Johnson's UK. Our graph line which is two weeks behind most European countries is on a much steeper rise than others shown on the graph and statistically at 29,427, went above Italy. The Office for National Statistics say the true figure is 32,375.
The margin of error caused by different methods of counting and different population sizes in different countries will be blown arta the water by next week's figures.

USA 70,007 deaths, 333 mill population
UK 29,427 or 32,375 deaths, 66 mill population
Italy 29,315 deaths, 60 mill population
Spain 25,428 deaths, 47 mill population
France 25,201 deaths, 68 mill population
Germany 6,993 deaths, 83 mill population
South Korea 254 deaths, 52 mill population

Let's hope Johnson doesn't follow his good friend Trump in rushing to get the USA "back to work" now. The fantastic trade deal talks between USA and UK following Brexit are underway.
