See the Sky sports "transfer rumours" say Lingard to the Toon in a cut price deal.

    Fk off.

    No way.

    Lingard is shite.

An upgrade on what we've got but not enough of one.

I think and I maybe wrong that some people must be slightly disappointed with our new owners - they have said that they will take a back seat . this takeover looks more like a investment for them more than love of football .Consider they are investing their money all over the place - carnival cruises for one and it seems they are trying to buy timewarner - in otherwords they have a lot of irons in a lot of fires so football is just another one - consider man city , their owner appears at the matches , owns other clubs so seems to be into football

personally and it is my opinion only I think Amanda will be given a lump sum every year and she or whoever will decide how it is spent . Quite conceivably a lot of initial investment could be spent on infrastucture and some on players who will give us a cast iron team that doesn't spend the season looking at the bottom of the league

Of course it's my view and would gladly think it would be nice to be wrong though I still think its a good move for the club

The main difference between them and Ashley is they will not be a selling club and will give a manager time to build a decent team.Ashley could not resist selling because that's the business he has always been in.

Thing is, Ron, if that is the case, then we'll still be about a billion times better off than we are under fatso.

cant stand lingard - are you sure he's better than what we have?

whenever I see him play he just makes mistake after mistake after mistake.

We must need to look to a better standard than that if we are to make even a steady progression to the top six
