I would have thought that if there is a vote next week and it gets the majority it needs then his legal challenge will be undermined significantly.
I would have thought that he will be told that he's a member of a league that has rules and procedures which he's agreed to and is a prerequisite of staying part of the efl. He's probably endorsed these rules and accepted them, perhaps even helped to draft them
So maybe it,s as simple as someone saying to him that procedures and rules have been followed and you have agreed to abide by the outcome.
Case dismissed and try winning a few more games next season

I don't think a legal challenge based on his fantasies would have a hope in hell of succeeding but if he's arrogant enough and wealthy enough to give it a go then he probably will.

Of course they won’t like it but going down the legal route I think it’s only going to achieve a loss of money that would be better spent keeping the club afloat

According to Twitter they have thrown a fortune at getting promoted this year so they are clearly frustrated. It’s so unfair - three points behind second with the best goal difference in the league. Teamed up with Mark Palios who reckons it is unfair on Tranmere. I asked if he would feel different if he was in a promotion place and then Durham cut in so I blocked them both.
I do have sympathy but these are unique times and the season is not going to restart.

Don't think we should count the promotion chicken until the fat supporter sings "Warniola". Another option is null and void.

According to Steve Evans, P’boro have spent between 10 - 12 million this season, if that’s true that’s astronomical by League 1 standards. Also it’s been badly spent. Ooh I forgot Ferguson is their Manager.

Posh have spent a fortune but that doesn’t mean promotion and imo they wouldn’t have gone up, usual twitter nonsense from him again.
I also don’t believe Coventry would have gone up either but we won’t know any of this now.

Nobodies fault what has happened but the football season should end and the tables should stay as they are but if it’s void then nothing I can do about that and will accept it but I’m sure there’s plenty that won’t.

Listening to some clubss owners/staff it amazes me how they put football before lives and that is very disturbing tbh

Latest tweet, clearly an attention seeker who thinks he’s right no matter what, reminds me of someone on here

Morning all from Florida, some supportive tweets and usual trolling tweets. Just received text from a manager in top 3 of L1 thats says:
''Agree with your comments, keep all points/GD/standings & let top 10 play off when safe to do so''
Look I appreciate there is no perfect -

You & a few more on here are so partisan: Roth U so blinkered. Coventry would have had to have derailed dramatically not to go up as Lg 1 champions. I don't believe we would have finished in 2nd, I've said our defence ended up a mishmash of not 1st choice players some out of position apart from having no left hand side. I do agree though end season & tables should stay how they were. Top 2 only go up cause there's no play-offs otherwise if we go ppg there's too many clubs with a case to contest that decision. If there are any appeals: tables staying how they were when the season was suspended the powers that be state that was not a football decision. Government decision to impose the lockdown.

It begs the question as to how pboro have been allowed to spend so much. They don't get particularly big crowds so is this another case of loophole financing.
The EFL really have to tighten up their rules and stop this.

As you say the overspending hasn't been very productive. I don't think they,ve been in the promo places since October

Maybe I am bias but that’s how I see it.
Agree defence was worrying with injuries but still we were good enough to still go up.
Table should stand as it is but like I said I’ll stand by whatever happens
