6 out of 23. Need to get one of the 6 to change their mind to get the 75 % necessary vote in favour of ending the season. What happens if the league 1 season plans to restart & some of the 17 clubs against that state they haven't got the finances to stage the games without crowds being allowed in?

+ the cost of making everything safe before a game can start. That is not a football decision same as this season being suspended that is a government decision.

Well it seems league 2 have opted to end the season subject to ratification:

BREAKING NEWS: Sky Bet League Two is set to be finished with the final table worked out on weighted PPG.

A play off semi-final and final will still commence. (Source: @ZoneEfl)

    Dan Roan confirms :

Hearing that League 2 clubs have agreed to cancel remainder of season, & settle final table via a weighted points-per-game system with 2-legged play-off semi-finals and then a final.
Clubs can’t afford Covid19 tests and for players to come off furlough. Needs ratifying by board.

What if this happened to Rochdale and they went bust (hope they don't - just offering a scenario) all their results would be 'expunged' and I think they have "done the double" over us, so we would benefit from that and I bet most of the "Gang of Six" would suffer as a consequence.

My advice to them would be, think twice before you shoot your mouth off and don't forget that while large numbers of people are DYING, some people are only bothered about their own self interest..............SICK!!!!

SkySports reporting that it is unweighted ppg. I don't know if weighting would make a difference in League 2

In L1 they are going with pounds per square inch (PSI) i.e. only teams that start with those initials will be considered

Is 75% necessary? I've not seen that figure mentioned anywhere else

There's quite a bit of misreporting going on because some press are also saying it's a weighted solution
The EFL statement says unweighted so I suspect some journo,s have been sloppy and just regurgitated the incorrect info on Sky.
