Doesn’t say anything about Championship. League 1 or 2.
    Just Premier League.

Casper, where Oliver Dowden says, 'Thursday's meeting with the Football Association, Premier League and English Football League was "positive" and "progressed plans" for the sport to resume, I suppose you have to interpret what he meant in total but for me it's all over in Leagues 1 and 2 they've almost said it already.

This is all about getting the Prem clubs to complete the season and not having to pay back for not completing their TV quota to the overseas TV companies, that pay millions to screen the TV rights around the world. This money has been paid in advance to Prem clubs so rightly so the TV companies involved want their cash back.

NFL here are already indicating that this next season (Sep 2020 -Feb 2021) if it goes ahead will be without fans in the stadiums.

Additional info from BBC on that story

Six clubs are determined to finish the League One season by completing their remaining fixtures, says Peterborough chairman Darragh MacAnthony.

MacAnthony released a statement on behalf of Posh, Oxford, Sunderland, Fleetwood, Portsmouth and Ipswich.

League One clubs are due to meet with the EFL board on Friday to discuss options for completing the season.

Elite football in England has been suspended since mid-March because of the coronavirus pandemic.
