True, the excuses that Cummins and Goings made were absolute sheite, he should have been sacked. But the assertions that Driveller makes that the law/rules somehow apply more to those who make it than those who live under it, is 4kin nonsense and very convenient, dontchaknow, as 3 labour MP's also broke lockdown rules.
The most important demand of the Rule of Law is that people in positions of authority should exercise their power within a constraining framework of well-established public norms rather than in an arbitrary, ad hoc, or purely discretionary manner on the basis of their own preferences or ideology. It insists that the government should operate within a framework of law in everything it does, and that it should be accountable through law when there is a suggestion of unauthorized action by those in power.
But the Rule of Law is not just about government. It requires also that citizens should respect and comply with legal norms, even when they disagree with them. When their interests conflict with others’ they should accept legal determinations of what their rights and duties are. Also, the law should be the same for everyone, so that no one is above the law, and everyone has access to the law’s protection.
I've lived my life by those rules. *Yeah Righto*
Has Cummings got compromising photos of Disturbed as well?
What do we reckon, dog, cat, goat?
Just read that Durham Plod say Cummings broke lockdown rules. Comparisons are fatuous.

So now we can have an end to this saga as this puts it in the same bracket as the Kinnock story.
PM aide Dominic Cummings' trip to Barnard Castle "might have been a minor breach" of lockdown rules, Durham Police has said.
But the force said no retrospective action would be taken against the PM's chief adviser.
