Thread: The Birmingham accent

    I`m a Brummie, born and bred in Handsworth, proud to be a Brummie and a Baggie. Not sure how many of you know but Birmingham has different dialects between districts, I can tell if someone is from Kingstanding, Castle Bromwich, Northfield etc.

    Pretty much the same as the Black Country as a ****ager spent many happy hours in West Brom (Gala Baths, Adelphi etc) But I worked with a guy from Cradley near Lye couldn`t understand a word he said.
