    Posting pics

Pretty sure I've asked this before, worked it out for myself, but have now forgotten how. It won't let me upload any photos and I thought I managed it by reducing size of file, but it doesn't seem to give that option? Any ideas?

Easiest way to do it imo is to upload the picture to https://imgur.com/ and then copy the link from there and put [img]Link[*/img] but don't type the asterisk.

Unless the picture is from the web and you already have a link for it then ignore imgur and just put the link in between the [img] tags

The image upload button still working for me in Chrome on Win 10. What setup are you having problems on ForeignLegion?

Is he referring to uploading photos tho or does he mean adding an avatar. Notice he doth not have one, serry. If that's the case, didn't we used to use 'shrink pics'?

Uploading pics...sure I did it before by reducing the size of pic but can't see to do it now. Using a Mac desktop with Safari and same issue on the iPad.

I know it's probably a daft question but have you tried simply using the upload pic button as per ncfcog's image?

That's a point. Have you tried posting piccys by the 'traditional' method?

There are 3 rows above your reply box when you post. Middle row, 6th one in from the right is the little link for posting piccys. Click on it>from computer>browse to where you picture is located>(downloads, pictures,
    docs)>click on pic>click on upload.
