Billy boy may have summat lined up coaching wise at BL but nowt to stop the Millers taking on a year loan even at his age .

Can't see him getting too much game time at BL , seem to be moving on a bit these days do the blunts .

There would be a nice symmetry to billy sharp playing his last matches at the NYS as, and not everybody knows this, he started his career at RUFC (albeit youth terms only). Talk about one that got away.

I also hear what you say about will grigg but if someone can reignite him theres no doubting he scores goals. I'm not convinced Ladapo will score in the championship (hope I'm wrong) and smithy is not there for his goal scoring.

I still reckon we should raid your boys and pinch Woodrow (&#128521. That said, I've got a weird feeling you'll stay up. Our model is to spot upcoming talent and develop. At championship level we simply cant afford the finished article. As much as anything that's because of wages.

I dont particularly have a problem with that philosophy because, above absolutely everything else, I still want a club to support in 20 years. When we got relegated last time from the championship we made a profit of £2m. Can you believe that a championship club IN PROFIT. Needless to say we were the only one.

The time to buy Cauley Woodrow was when you were last in the Championship , you'd still have made a profit of £1m and may even have stayed up .

We have another poster on here who often says 'there's a player in there' and he's more wrong than right although he would say he's more right than wrong

Biggest compliment I can give Wilks is that I'd be gutted to see him leave because I think it would be a massive mistake on our part .

However our HC has his own ideas and if your face doesn't fit then that's generally that in football .

He is indeed doing well at Hull City and they have an option to sign him.
Why give him a four year contract and then look to get rid 12 months later.?
Certainly looks talented enough.....with the right team.
