I’m reading the story, and some more background. School meals has always been a hot potato. ( typed before I realised) . I remember at school the kids who got free meals had to go in front of the queue and be counted in before we were allowed in. Always thought that was a bit cr@p for them to be “Highlighted.
Seems a decent lad, His mums done a good job.
