I liked rawson he showed great promise but we have icky Robertson tilt and wood with Thompson and cooper also able to fill that roll if push came to shove. I don’t think a centre back is needed At this point

Wood can’t keep going on forever, Cooper won’t be ready at the start of season if at any time of season, we also will be having more midweek games
I’ll be very surprised if we don’t fetch anyone in defence

How would you convince rawson to sign knowing he’s likely going to be 6th in line and if he is really lucky and a good boy he may be 4th in line?
