I was so excited for the game i was waiting for it to come on and fell asleepWoke up half time to find out they had one chance and scored and soon after they had a second chance and scored. And than we had Harrison and Banjo Paterson our poetic front line
I just knew this would happen hence i didn't want a restart.
I'll have a gander when I finish my night shift laters - in fact I nearly fell asleep listening to Brighton v Arsenal on BBC Radio 5 on my Test broadcast but I did strip my palm tree today which now looks remarkably like Tyler Roberts hair do.

Deliver us from Booligal!"

One match, two matches, wtf does it matter.?
We had three times the possession, three times the number of shots, and scored f00k all.
"Bielsa-ball", f00king nonesense. Direct, shoot when you can, pepper the box with everything, hit hard, hit first, keep on hitting, not pretty f00king pretty (precious little of that today anyway)! Best defense is a good offense, shame us we don't have one of those.
I felt like someone who had been looking forward to xmas since May, expecting a PS5, and opening my present on xmas day got.... one sock. So deflated after all those days of anticipation building up to WBA and Fulham's failure to win, scene set for a great day. Thanks Bamford and co you can keep the other sock.
Let's put that debacle behind us and move on, beat Fulham, win 3 more and we're nearly there, as for Bamford blocked shot, he was off side anyway, so Harrison goal wouldn't have counted, we made 2 poor mistakes and they scored twice, otherwise we would have got a valuable point, trying to put a Monday morning positive spin on things.
Woken up today still feeling s hit about yesterday.
I think more to the point is that these ebbs and flows in our performances (hopefully we'll flow again on Saturday) suggest that even if we did get promoted, we'd need a lot of in-coming players and a lot of change to just be able to survive. Rolling over like we do several times a season just wouldn't cut it.
Given how loyal MB has been to people like Bamford in the last two years, that's highly unlikely, and we couldn't survive in the PL with the softest of soft underbellies that we have got right now.
I pray Pablo is back, as said before, we shouldn't need to be a one man team, especially at 35, but it seems we are, don't care how we get to the premier league, as long as we get there. Brentford worry me, they score for fun, Fulham have several tough games ahead.
