Since hearing that the SPFL Compliance Officer was writing to Hearts and PT nothing much more has been heard from them.

Its the SFA who wrote to them mate,and no i'm not really worried.Fudgie has been too busy to deal with the court case,stabbing her manager in the back,appointing a new manager without telling the current one,trying to sign Craig Gordon,interviewing potential Sporting Directors and removing Neilson out banners from the gates.

Aye, first deadline is Thursday night so the Court could rule as early as Friday whether they have a case worthy of consideration. Originally Posted by tHeArAb
Meanwhile if the SFA has any sense (and balls) it will issue a suspension notice to the two clubs before the Thursday deadline. ie before the Court rules on anything.
