Albeit from afar sometimes but yes I am confident he is pulling the strings and has final say in fact I would bet my last $$$ Offshore mate.
Mr O comes across to me as shrewd and I would think he is ruthless away from public eye.
He may not have come with all the razz and profile of Fergus but like the Tims, I would think we Arabs will look back on his arrival as the return to normality, once again being the pigeons of the city and not the statue
