    If the going for a manager with scottish experience is true then that surely rules out guys like Mellon?

    I've not seen that reported anywhere else in regards to scottish experience. If its Sky thats reporting that, I would be very sceptical about it being anywhere close to accurate. As we know, they give zero f ucks about Scottish football.

    Mackay hasn't managed a Scottish league side but there's no doubt he would know what's needed. Would be a slightly controversial but definitely high profile appointment. Definitely a better option than untested ex players and outside bets like Tot, John Bon Jovi or some guy from the MLS
