Although I'm curious as to why we haven't heard anything from the compliance officer, what happened to us trying to get them kicked out?

I'm guessing with it now being a legal matter and in the hands of the court, we won't be hearing much at all until the cases are heard. Think I read the case was being heard on Wednesday?

I see. I was under the impression though that any action to have them punished would be separate to the court case? I mean it's an action regarding them actually taking the member clubs to court so should be able to happen concurrently I'd have thought?

I'd imagine it could, but will maybe run once the outcome of the case is known?

Dont know the ins and outs of this but I would tend to agree. SFA should issue a notice to suspend (assuming there is enough support for it) before an action reaches court not after.

My understanding has always been that any dispute a club may have with the league should go to the Court for Arbitration in Sport (CAS) and that court action in the country of the league was forbidden. Looks like I was wrong.
