If you put £3 on McClaren you would get £4 back if correct. If you did the same bet on Malky your return if correct is £9.75.

If you put £3 on Pressley, you get locked up, by men in white coats.

Cheers GB, never been a betting man so not too clued up with it all but had a roughish idea.

Am i right in thinking the more bets placed on an individual the more they become 'the favourite' but it doesn't necessarily mean the bookies actually think they'll get the job.?!

Or am I talking absolute bollox ?😁

No you are spot on mate as indicated by by post 935.Hundreds of Arabs can bet that McPoke will get the jail when he goes to court but although its our favourite outcome unfortunately it does not mean he will get locked up.

When I bet I'm usually wrong so to help McClaren I put a few quid on Mackay.

Having said that I made money the night Donald Trump got elected.

    McCLAREN TURNS DOWN DUNDEE UTD

"Sky Sports News has been told that Steve McClaren has turned down the opportunity to manage Dundee United.

SSN reported earlier this week that Dundee United had held talks with the former England boss over their managerial vacancy after Robbie Neilson left to rejoin old club Hearts.

United have also held talks with former Cardiff manager Malky MacKay."
