He was trying to save Scottish Football but had forgotten his own club had sold less season books than tickets for the Deefiant evening at the Whitehall Theatre.

Day 3 and here we go again troops.Lots of speculation in the press this morning that Doncaster and Nelms will be called IF it goes to a full hearing.

next week potentially but this is not the case this is a simple question is this a legal matter or one for SFA - judge has already said "its really complicated so im likely to have to deliberate this for a while". Pathetic really you would think judges knew what is a legal ****ing matter and what is not. Probably the usual attempt at getting more and more money.

I also think the judge is going to take this to court. Just because they can and will make a load out of it. His language throughout has been strange he is either thick or at it.

What concerns me is that if it goes on in court will drag on indefinitely there with a pantomime where Nelms and Doncaster attend as witnesses. Who knows the outcome.

If it goes to SFA then hearts would presumably then if they lose go to court of arbitration for sport like Man City in champions league appeal

This could go on a long time

What needs to be decided is that this is a compo claim and for hearts to stop saying they will block promotion
