Ive given up with it all in many ways - the uncertainty and the way we have been drawn into this is a disgrace - the fact i pay a tv licence the pile of **** that is bbc and have to hear clearly orchestrated establishment and mini me establishment clubs talk about poor hearts.
I dont trust any body to give a **** about United. Its seems to be plain its all about Hearts. How this can be allowed to happen - will they be happy if raith go bust, cove - no probably only if we went bust eh
Felt compelled to post after a long Hiatus.
Getting very angry with the BBC bias not for the first time allowing their chief sports writer to come in and constantly attack our team. The man is apparently a Rugby expert, expert on company law and finance as well as the go to guy on morality and justice in Football(unclear what football qualifications this man has, but hey the BBC say he's an expert on that also).
DUFC appears to be one of this mans main targets, the new Jabba(traynor)Hearts Branch is getting a platform on almost a daily basis to spout and pontificate about just about every subject with an unparalleled arrogance.
The financial expert that he is didn't know the difference between a Loan and an Advance, yet he knows all about Scottish football finance.
Hearts win 4 games all season after sticking with their manager for too long and fail to get out of the drop zone, football is curtailed, no ones fault, but the facts don't lie player contracts expire, the govt unable to clarify restart dates. Curtailing as unfair as it was decided democratically that the season had ended.
They then cancel there recently appointed managers contract on the grounds they were relegated, tell players to take a pay cut and then poach another manager paying compensation and still the BBC mouthpiece tells us it's about fairness.
After Robbie's betrayal, we then have a BBC audience with 2 monotone hearts bore's with more vague United connections to give what I can only describe is a disgustingly bias and reasoning for his leaving, putting the boot in over finance and medelling from the top. I'm sure T'English set this up for his beloved canary I mean Budgie.
So now they come after the teams that were democratically agreed as champions and it appears there is no end to the media salvo.
I feel sorry for Partick and did feel sorry for Hearts, but you know what both replaced their managers and it didn't work. Ayr were our main challengers and could have won the championship. Neither got a new manager bounce or at least the immediate impact they desired
You ask what did United expect Tom, a fair hearing Tom, trial by Media is certainly not fair and we as taxpayers should no longer have to pay a licence fee to these dinosaurs. People talk about the SFA needing reform, if thats the case the first thing they need is a media watchdog so we can actually get more than one side to the story.
Ladies and gents..... I give you Tom English... the Budgie's Canary![]()
Haven't ready much, if anything, from English other than his tweet from yesterday. It's a terrible sensationalist headline but he does go on to say in the replies that he feels the whole situation is massively unfair on EVERY club, including us. I really didn't feel there was any kind of agenda from that tweet in itself, especially after reading his replies.
Fair enough mate, I have been working a lot from home over the last 3 months and have caught most of the BBC Sportsound podcasts and it is clear to me English is a Budge Cheerleader, it's very much like he has one source, one agenda and one opinion offered very much like Traynor before he landed his media role at Sevco.
Well written sir!
Hope the Arbitration Panel see it.
