Does anyone know if in company law someone can change their vote when a 28 deadline exists as this must be key to a successful result for us.
I would think the fact that if you voted no you can change that in the 28 day period but if you voted yes that's final has to have some form of corruption in it

Sincerely hope he does succeed. Some say it’s the hope that kills you, but at least we have hope, unlike some

[QUOTE=GUNBOAT;39535799]All caused by Hearts for going to the court of session in the first place and wasting time we didnie have.If they had followed the correct procedure this would all have been decided weeks ago by the same 3 people chosen for the arbitration panel.

Are you sure that's right GB? Surely it can't be the same 3 folk on the independent arbitration panel that has already made the decision to charge them? Then again............ Scottish futba, yi never know.

The SFA charged Hearts with a breach of rules. (I did post before the case went to court that SFA rules prohibited it) And the SFA management will decide on any penalties for that.

The Arbitration panel is entirely different. It is facilitated by the SFA but it is not the SFA that reach a decision on Hearts relegation, it's a panel of 3 independent legal eagles.

The two things are technically separate.

I read that differently in that the 3 guys chosen for this arbitration after court, might have been the same 3 had Hearts chosen the correct course of action and went to arbitration in the first place. The SFA compliance officer is the one that is dishing out the charges and although the SFA assist in setting up arbitration, neither of the 2 are directly linked.

No mate that is not what i posted.

I said IF they had followed the rules laid down by the SFA an arbitration panel of the same 3 people would have been chosen and this would all be water under the bridge by now.

Unfortunately Hearts and Partick chose to go through the court of session and waste loads of time and money to end up back to square one with an arbitration panel.

Up to now the only winners as per usual are the FN lawyers who are getting paid twice for the same job.The bride of Chucky and her pal fae Maryhill have made an erse of this just as their teams did on the park last season.

Its an absolute disgrace that three of Scotland's successful club's are being dragged through a hedge twice by club's who dismally failed last season,FACT.

The question that the bride will not answer is, why when the arbitration panel is completely independent from the SFA they never went down that route in the first place?.

Who knows what goes through the mind of a psycho GB. Maybe her solicitors didn't think Arbitration would be independent, maybe they never read the rules in the first place, or more likely they thought they'd get paid twice for doing the same thing and led her a merry jig.
