If the CoA make a decision on legal grounds, under company law Budge doesn't have a leg to stand on. I think Hearts are hoping that these documents that have had to be released are going to reveal some kind of conspiracy and threat against Dundee. A complete stab in the dark. There already has been an independent investigation in to the Dundee vote which found no fowl play.

They will be too chicken to change the decision now anyway even if there is a bit of evidence supporting them (which there wont be). Imagine the uproar if the season was delayed.

I'm not even sure if Hearts/Budge ever thought they had a realistic chance of changing things regarding relegation's and promotions. Still think they were just trying to stir as many pots and rattle as many cages as possible (regardless of who else got hurt) because they felt hard done by.

No one singularly forced this upon anyone, it was done by democratic vote.

Oh eh............... I forgot to mention the stench of compensation! I honestly think that they thought, lets chance wir mit and if we don't get to stay in the SPL at least we will get some compy....

PS: did you mention chicken coz 777 mentioned fowl play ???

^^ this, think Budge was kinda forced into this as by doing nothing and just accepting the SPFL vote outcome would have incurred the wrath of a large section of jambos, at least now she is seen as having fought the maroon corner with everything she’s got. If the decision goes their way she is a heroine, if it goes our way she can hold her head high at Tynecastle. If it does go our way I can’t see them taking this any further, she’ll come away with some sh*te like ‘for the good of Scottish football Hearts reluctantly accept the findings of the arbitration panel’

Chaps have it in good faith that we are 100% in top league. Also a belief budge will take this further but league will start regardless. She will either have to sue spfl or not but will not be able to stop leagues starting. They wont be expelled or fined if they agree to move in. Yes its from a reliable source.

That sounds like very good news shed boy - hope your source is right.

That makes sense too - if they move on then they can not penalise them in the disciplinary which is coming up in August - otherwise I would expect they would at least get points deductions for that

Tbh I think united deserve something because we have been put through it whilst all of this has been going on and we have suffered from not having it confirmed what division we will be in - as well as the legal costs

No matter how many times the arbitration QCs explained their decision, the Bride of Chucky kept refusing to accept it....................
