Yup. The new one is also slightly narrower than the old Wembley pitch Notts are 'used to' .

...but most importantly neither ours or Wembley's is plastic (OK so Wembley's is partly artificial but hopefully it plays like grass!)

Is it the laddie who I saw play for the Notts Youth team a number of times and sat with his parents as the Youth team won the Midlands Youth Cup on two consecutive seasons? He is now the groundsman at Loughborough University pitches.

    Kris Nurse?

Well in the top league you'd guess at Arsenal/Utd as the pitches look in top nick.

Wembley is always in good condition too one they have a good groundsman but I guess they have the advantage of not having 25-30 games on it a year.

Not that i know of, I meant former head groundsman Greg Smith, who's second from the left on the back row, he won an award for his work at Nottm Uni

Tottenham won for the "top british divisions" and Swindon won for the lower leagues.

(I'm not a groundsman but I was at the awards )
