Think your right with this, I thought of this too but there is only one “b” in the clue so gave up.
However if clue has a typo and is debt instead of dept then it fits nicely.

Think the last word should be 'debt' rather than 'dept', millersrus, which provides the two 'b's, as you say. Haven't checked if this all works out but it's hard to think the answer would be anything else.

Have a great time in Turkey Ericslad and thanks for the quizzes. I must suffer from anagram dyslexia because there were at least 3 answers that hadn't been got where I thought of the food but looked and couldn't see the anagram.
