As for our chnaces? Cant actually see us getting top 6 without a pts deduction, unless we get in a LB, Winger (pref 2) and a striker.
Nice to see nothing changes. Been gone years, and Swales still talking cack.

Surely before this loan was set up . It must be approved or run past by the EFL especially as we are currently on a investigation
    It beggars belief
There must be intelligent people within the club who would make sure we are within the rules

    Mmmm, it makes one wonder!

Let's hope desperate situations haven't spawned desperate remedies!

There is a logic behind what the Mail is reporting in that the "Dell fund" is not a bank, thus there is a conflict of interest because they have an involvement with two clubs, and certainly ours could lead to them assuming control of the club in the event of loan default, as I assume could Southampton's. However Im sure its a big group and so the "contingent ownership" so created could be in two different pockets within the greater group.

Not exactly a Derby-Maxwell-Oxford conflict though, and only really a conflict if the charges against the Gellaw (Mel's) group assets are crystallised as well as the Southampton one. And if that were to happen, the least of our worries would be the EFL getting arsey over a technicality

Still, its the sort of thing that you would hope would be cleared before being put into effect

Yes hope you are right Geoff . But a decent paper and reporter would name the club's who have allegedly complained Its just the same as a paper saying a source said this or that . I just immediately think someone making some of this up .

Some chap named Nick Cowley has posted in the Derby International Fans FB group that the EFL has found DCFC not guilty on both counts.

No idea if there's any truth in it or not BUT I have scoured the web and found no other links to a verdict.

I think Nick might be having a girarf..........
