    Agree with you to an extent but come on to [email protected] club and supporters drove Jim McLean out of Tannadice..United for change,now that was truly shameful FACT

    Strange I remember being inside Tannadice around 2 o clock game to kick off at 3 as usual. This was during the Eddie Thomson era and there was Jim McLean laughing and and joking with others. He was in great form, hardly the act of a man 'kicked out of Tannadice' Yes Jim sold his shares and made quite a bit of money doing so.

    For all his faults as Chairman (and there were many), I don’t ever recall Wee Jum trying to sell his Club to their nearest rivals in a ‘merger’ (or takeover in all but name). And then still getting the rose petal treatment any time they went back.
