    Shame for the game to get abandoned. Right decision though. Good to see so many young lads playing and looking confident. Wonder who the trialist on the bench was?

    Yeah - waterlogged pitch. Probably would not have started if it weren't a friendly.

    Great to see a lot of the fringe players and youths working hard though.

    It was an enjoyable 1st half.

    They can stick my £2.50 right in their youth development!

    Something that we can be thankful of through our recent bad times is how good the standard of youths being produced is showing to be. A lad of 15 out there today and he didnt look out of place!

    Right decision, unfortunately, as it was a good game. Our best player was Calum Robinson, brilliant in pre season friendlies last year, rubbish in the Prem. On loan at West Brom since January. Long way to go for an abandoned match LOL

    They're pre-season training camp is in Scotland.
