These names/player have not just popped up this last week or so, these players have been on the cards imo for weeks, months, they have been watched along with others I suspect, some work some don’t. The money is already sorted on what we can and cannot spend, we have a ceiling, once bitten etc. Not sure where the 120 mill works into this?
