Of course the "Rule of Six" would not apply to this Cabal of Conservative and Unionist Cabinet Minister Cretins would it sinkov?

Thirty youths on Barlow Park in Bolton were showing a gleam of common sense last night, there are no reports from anywhere in the world of Covid transmission on a five acre urban park, yet they all found themselves with £100.00 fines from the GMP Dibbles. All they were doing were mingling just like you would on a grouse moor, except they were not shooting harmless grouse.

This will be another "Cummings Moment", where your average folk just tell these elitist cretins to phuck right off.

I can't believe the fund for the Annual Bolton Police Xmas Ball has been swelled by three grand BT, surely Bolton's finest would have managed a few false names and addresses in there. Even today's snowflakes must have a bit of ingenuity left. Or are they helpless in the face of Plod, trapped with all that personal info on their Iphones. If it were so, a miserable old git like me would have to smile.

Sadly BT, most average folk seem content to be fecked about by braindead politicians. No idea why, but there it is.

Apparently the Dibbles turned up mob handed with a couple of the local second eleven bizzies, and they knew who most of the group were.

I'll give you odds at 100/1 the Dibbles won't turn up on a grouse moor in North Yorkshire to arrest the usual suspects.

They even allow fox hunting and that is definitely against the law!

Why would they turn up on a grouse moor, mingling on a grouse moor is not against the law ?

No one hunts foxes on horse back anymore, it IS against the law, and there are always Sabs with their camera phones loitering in the bushes, so you just can't get away with it. Even more annoying, because of these camera phones a chap can't give a Sab a bloody good thrashing with his riding crop anymore, I don't know what the world's coming to.

Patel on "mingling": "The rule of six is about making sure that people are being conscientious and not putting other people's health at risk."

Ms Patel added: "Mingling is people coming together. That is my definition of mingling."
