For the record, I'm not anti-migration. Where have I stated I am? I may have sympathised with someone's view on the subject. I certainly believe it's the underlying topic that will sway the political landscape over the next 20 years.

I'm for low income taxes. I'm not against much higher taxes on inherited wealth. I'd like to see compulsory purchases on derelict, run down and empty properties. Tax avoidance should be a priority and the penalties high.

The likes of Huntley, Brady Etc, I'd machine gun them myself.

BTW you're not countering anything. You're baiting. Good luck with that.

Anybody who cares about climate change and the environment should care about world population growth. It really is as simple as that. No ifs, buts or maybes. How you address the issue is more difficult.

Back to the OP are we really supposed to applaud 'celebrities' who get their publicists to push the story (via social media probably) that they are going to ask their staff to stop posting on their social media accounts for a few hours? I bet Zuckerberg is just quaking in his boots at that.

P.s. I'm now on a different holiday, so any of my mouth frother fan club will have to wait for a response to any straw manning that they feel triggered into doing.

I did see a report that with the resulting drop in FB share price after the news broke he 'lost' some pocket change, around $7.2B.

Not anti migration, anti free movement and wanting much tighter border controls and actions against illegal immigrants. You have posted lots of times on these issues as have many others. You have posted extremely passionately and repeatedly about reducing benefit fraud and cheats. As you say you have posted also lots and passionately about lower taxes and public spending. I'm not saying you associate with any organisation but these views are generally further to the right of Conservative. These are the views that you promote repeatedly. Don't be ashamed. It's a public forum and yet another o/t political thread. Full yer boots. But you are being a political activist in afraid, as in anyone who promotes the same political views repeatedly in public forums.

And if we must insist on repeated, repeated posts on the same topics, to which you post most heartily, then I don't see why you shouldn't be ashamed of your activism. Your views are in the majority on this site. But I worry that you get so angry about anyone that offers a counter argument. You promote political threads by endlessly spouting on them. If they exist, counter arguments will too. So if they offend you, don't contribute.

He’s a cvnt. Nothing political about that.

If you want to sink as low and bring my kids into it, you’ll be a cvnt too.

Was that really 'bringing my kids into it"? Really?? He doesn't know you or your kids. Bit snowflakey? Seems to me he was just testing your idea of bribing the poor not to have children to try and see how you would feel if you were in that position. But I guess making it personal helped you avoid answering the question and hiding behind abuse. But this is MM after all.

Back on the OP, mentioning no names but I wish some on here would boycott MM for 24 hours (or longer)
