When I could not work anymore I was in a financial turmoil and nowhere I look I could get out.3 years later it was so bad I tried to kill myself only for my brother to find and cut the rope as I was hanging.
Then came an angel in the form of a free advisor after going through everything she said nothing can be done but said that I had superannuation As some of them have clauses that offer insurance at the chance you can't work anymore. Told me to ring this lawyer one came home looked at the papers and said np at all we can claim the insurance and a couple of years of wages.
I said but I haven't paid and super for the last 3 years and he's reply was does not matter it stars from the day you stopped working so you are covered.
So with this deal, Leeds are cooked and will pay up. By doing this they get a bad rep like this window no one wanted to loan us any players. Also, we are left with a bill and no player. Claim by us but with covid the season changed so we don't need to pay is a cop out.
What ground? we got him on loan and if we got promoted we get him permanently for the fee agreed. I don't think there was anything there about the long season so on. The only way out is if we didn't sign any papers and was just verbal even than if there a witness makes it binding.
What i don't get as this going before the courts is how on earth is he allowed to go to another club that seems weird and maybe more to the story as it's been told.
I'm guessing they are suing for the difference between what we agreed to pay (19 million) and what they got, if anything, from Nantes
Pretty easy to show. Let's hope that Nantes did not get him on a free.
They are getting him for free as it turns out he is a free agent.
Former Leeds United loan flop Jean-Kevin Augustin has reportedly found a new club.
L'Equipe, via GFFN, report that the striker has an agreement with Ligue 1 side FC Nantes.
Interestingly, it has been claimed that Augustin is signing for the French team on a free transfer.
Not fit for purpose.
