Kiko makes some nice saves but not enough to save him from scrutiny. Only seen the highlights and he's 2 blunders the first one in no man's land while a defender was covering. I was a little sarcastic though don't take it too serious lol

Irrelevant, if we have to depend upon penalties (at this or any other level) we are f00ked!. Leeds U23s cant beat Barrow? Really?

As a team we need to sort out the penalty taking - two game now (accepted not the first team) where we have missed out on them. We don't get many awarded in full play but each time I sit there expecting us to miss (memories of previous games) when I should be confident they are going in.

Really? How much youth football have you been involved with? You expect kids 16-21 to beat a professional senior team!

    Harrogate 3 - 0 Leicester U21, Fleetwood 3 - 1 Villa U21, Northampton 5 - 0 Southampton U21

The U-21 team fielded was supposedly a "strong side", and we were 2-0 up at HT. How many of the teams you refer to had at least 4 players with 1st team experience going up against lower league opposition? Fleetwood and Northampton are at least League 1 outfits, and we know how difficult it is to play against them at 1st team level so at least their performances might be expected. Not expecting miracles, just not willing to simply accept defeat, especially when we had a defendable lead at HT.

At u21 level all about development. We played very well in that game and realistically should have had 4 or 5 from the chances plus a pen and a stone wall sending off for them - thrown elbow to the face which connected.

Greenwood and Geldardt couldn’t play as away with England and the young lads up front did very very well.

Jimmy looked the most comfortable player on the pitch.

So what is all this BS anyway how can under 21s play against senior teams. Here and most leagues i assume the reserves and under 18s here which is like your under 23 and 21s play the same teams the senior team play.
freakin weird set ups you have there.
