    saw a clip the other week ,think it was a sports car dealership on the west coast,was just about to finalise a deal with a company called bbl ltd and the customer said there would be funds in his bank by noon.sure enough the dealer checked his bank and there was the money from bbl ,a quick call to the bank and it transpired that the so called customer had applied for a bounce back loan posing as the dealership the govt ok'd it ,a very close call for the dealership

    There was an article in yesterday’s Sunday Times about this attempted fraud. It was only prevented because the fraudster attempted to purchase a car costing £40,000 and garage owners became suspicious.
