    If you don't give it they can't ring it, many don't have landlines these days anyway.

    Surely the point is that, unfortunately, mista should be staying in and self isolating. Like me, he’s been away and left the country in the full knowledge that he’d have to self isolate for 14 days on his return.
    If he’s being rung on his land line that, to me, is a tiny piece of evidence that the system is working...what’s peculiar is not that he’s being checked up on, but that here we know of four people - mista, Mrs. mista, me and Mrs rA - who’ve all left the country...all had to self isolate and yet only mista is being checked up on and, in his case, repeatedly so.
