Problem brin has is when the team pick is predictable. Like this week. Everyone will score very sim figures.
Think brin needs to set a few more random criteria.
IE first / last goal scorers. There's 20 teams to choose from so result will be more random. He could make it like a sweepstake and once the team is choose remove them from choice. There's several good ideas floating about
The handicap system worked a few season ago. Maybe after crimbo something could be introduced to close up the pack

Cayton, thanks for your ideas. They seem good and well intended. The problem bringing these in now the season is underway, may not though be accepted by others. I would have to put the question out there to see if there was any objection to a shake up in the New Year and see what the majority say.

I also think it was CAMiller? who suggested having 3 'Joker' cards to use throughout the season, where if you chose a certain team to win and with the joker being played, your team wins, you would get 5 points for that. Again, it wouldn't be too hard to follow as I keep a log and would merely apply an asterisk for using a joker at the side of someone's name.
Keep the ideas coming the more the better all round, without your input i'd have little to go on to change/add anything, cheers Brin.
