Hindsight is a wonderful thing, with such a small budget to have spent a fair sum on a unproven Premiership player like Diangana who was a wonderful player for us last season looks to be in the short term poor business.
We could have had a couple of decent fullbacks for the money we have spent.
Diangana needs to up his game drastically, show more energy and track back, if not then Bilic has to show some balls and drop him for Grosicki/ Robinson, that also goes for his favourites Livermore, Sawyers and the dreadful Kanu ( when fit)

Sometimes in life a manager needs to be ruthless. Bilic was quoted as saying when the team were promoted - all these players deserve a chance of Premier football! In reality, yes everyone needs a chance or opportunity! I would love a chance of playing for man Utd but hey - if you are not good enough for the step up - you are not good enough full stop!

Since January in the Championship we have been consistently poor! Why did Bilic feel therefore these players could step up? Would it not been good for Austin ( football wise ) had Bilic been honest at the end of the season and got rid - for his sake to continue his career elsewhere and for the club to save a huge wage of 70K a week!!! How much is Gibbs and Grosicki on - bet it's well over 100K a week and there's some kind of personality clash there too! Just a few points to highlight out of many......

I can't stand our owner but many of the problems are the making of Bilic himself! What the f uck possessed him to throw ( yet again ) inconsistent players like Sawyers and Phillips on last night? Did he really really think these players would have changed a game when let's be honest - both have been absolute s hite since the Blues game out of lock down!

Bilic needs to take much of this wrap! Yes we lack quality but a 20 year old kid in Gallagher should not be one of a couple who shows fight, hunger and determination. Where is that hunger, fight and determination from our captain Livermore? It's not there - and it's not been there for months!!! Again - no leader on the pitch - no leader managing the players and an owner who does not care!

I hope this sums up everything! None of this b ollox ( my expectations were low!!! ). My expectations were the team would at least fight - show some grit and yes show some DESIRE!!!
