You could argue that sticking with Warne again in the Championship is the definition of insanity i.e. doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Although you could also argue that with a limited budget no-one would be able to do better.

You could say it's divisive and therefore adversely affects team spirit.

Whereas uniting under a banner of "All Lives Matter" would have had a unifying effect.

    I'm not a psychologist though.

Feel sorry for Warney, he has nothing up front.

Realistically, you could sell and start again if any of them get 5 goals a season it will be a miracle

Don't despair too much because I've got some positivity

After we play the team who are top of the away form league table in pne we then, as supporters, have a week off due to the international break.
    Some welcome respite

I think we are a one trick pony.
That’s the manager not the players.

    Smith won’t score.
    Blackman is injured.
We’ve bought players who don’t fit the system we play.
We shoot when we should pass and pass when we should shoot.

    Pressure on the manager ?

Based on budget we're bottom three, and bottom three by a substantial amount, if we better that then it's a success. There might be managers who could do better but we wouldn't be able to get them. If you look at it objectively, we're doing ok for now. We just need to stay up this season, that's all, doesn't matter how we do it.

What we don’t know is how many are willingly doing it or how many are doing it so not to get negative criticism.

To be honest I would have thought we would have moved on and abandoned it by now.

Really struggling to find anything positive to say.
That second half performance is relegation form.

Good points but spending more money would have no effect if the management team is stuck in the same groove.

We only conceded 1 goal when our system invites pressure.

    That’s sort of positive
