Really? Are you sure about that? He quoted magpie_mania saying "See if you can make a post without defending Ardley, or attacking anybody that says anything bad about Ardley". While m_m has certainly been on the pro-Ardley side of the fence, he also posts on a wide variety of topics and usually makes good sense.

I just thought that Davy's post suited someone else better. It shouldn't be too difficult to work out who I'm talking about!
