How do you know they will? If half a dozen defaced voting slips are found down the back of a ballot box is that "definite evidence"? I'm sure that if such ballot papers were found and were ones which voted Democratic we wouldn't hear a thing about it.

Discovered fraud can work against either side, and would you trust Trump not to tamper with any findings?

If it's proven beyond doubt and is widespread then it would bring the result into question. Bear in mind however, that if it was a simple job to fix votes you can guarantee Trump would have taken full advantage.

Mr Trump has posted more than 70 tweets casting doubt on mail-in voting, referencing voter fraud or "rigged" elections since April.

But there is no evidence the system is corrupt.

Electoral fraud is very rare in the United States - the rate is less than 0.0009%, according to a 2017 study by the Brennan Center for Justice. There's no evidence to suggest it's been a major issue at this election either.

Looks like Biden is going to get the same number in the electoral college as Trump got in 2016 along with 5m more in the popular vote.

Trump got 3m less votes than Clinton in 2016 which he described as a landslide.

The man is clearly deranged. He is certainly not Making America Great Again with this tantrum, he is weakening democracy simply because he cannot bear to lose at anything.

I feel sorry for his supporters, he does not give a toss about any of them, only what they can do for him.
