    Football league wages

Somebody published wages of every player in football league including ours !

Harding our biggest earner on £8000 a week ?

Sheffield Wednesday wages 4 times ours ie Kieran Westwood on 50 K a week.

This might help Roly and others to understand why we have players who have been out with long injuries, because that’s only way we can afford some players!

I can see this opening a massive can of worms, not sure whether it’s leaked information or not ?

I don’t know how accurate these things are but some players need to be swapped round 😂

That’s why they are in trouble,50k a week for a player that can’t get in the team.I don’t believe for one minute that we buy players with injury problems because that’s all we can afford,if that’s the case then we are in deep trouble.

    Lidl not Harrods

Nothing wrong with the produce but it's basic not fancy and bought on a tight budget.

We have bought players in who have been out a long time with injuries, Procter,Potter S Macdonald and Jones in particular and these come much cheaper than full fit types !
We are this season getting much nearer other clubs regarding recruitment due to the financial climate and have refused to give contracts out to three players whose fitness was questionable !
Also we have signed some players who were in their prime eg Chieo, Barlaser Harding and Sadlier and if we can add another couple will end up with a young and vibrant group who can serve us well going forward.

MILLERSTALE, where's this list? Can you also confirm it's genuine?

To be honest it surprised me how low our wages were fair enough it’s a cracking weekly wage compared to most of us but most of the squad are on £2,000 to £3,000 a week the loan guys Flo and George Hirst are on the most but looking at what other clubs are paying we really are (and I hate this phrase but there’s no other way to describe it) punching above our weight

Looks like we’re massive compared with Wycombe and pay more than Coventry apart from one player on 10K ! It’s a bit strange with some Salaries eg our third choice gk is on nearly twice what our second team goalies on !!
